COMPLETION OF THE 1ST CYCLE OF THE CRIAR INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

This month was concluded the first cycle of the CRIAR Professional Development Program at BRIMONT.
CRIAR is a social inclusion program for young graduates, created by the TheBridge Professional Training Center, with institutional support from the Ministry of Mineral Resources, Oil and Gas and AECIPA and its associates.
João Germano, graduated in Petroleum Engineering, one of the 5 young people who joined the program at BRIMONT, interned in the last six months at the Procurement Business Unit, having the opportunity to develop skills for analyzing and managing technical and commercial processes, being immersed in a work context of English communication and exposure to an international context business environment. “I now consider myself capable of better facing professional challenges” – he stated at the conclusion of his professional internship.
Catarina Rufino, also an intern, with a degree in Petroleum Engineering, was awarded a productivity prize with the symbolic value of Kz. 250,000.00, for having exceeded the established commercial objectives.
Eng. Damião Lupeia, also a young member of the Company, with skills and responsibilities that include support for the industrial production of chemicals, management of supply processes, technical-commercial support in chemical injection services and corrosion monitoring, among others, was the mentor of these interns.
BRIMONT is strongly engaged in the training and development of national staff.
The new training cycle for new interns will begin in February 2024.
