After obtaining ISO9001 certification, in 2021, BRIMONT completed this December the annual audit, carried out by SGS – a recognized independent entity, validating compliance with the requirements of the ISO standard, which attests that BRIMONT Quality Management System remains in operation and its effective.
The implementation of the Quality Management System was a strategic decision by top management. In view of the company’s exponential growth, it has enabled the improvement of the quality of products/services, fostering Customer loyalty and improving the company’s image and competitive position in the domestic market.
What we look for with the Quality Management System is the constant search for better results and, consequently, the improvement of the performance of all those involved in the process.
The renewal of this certification reflects the work and involvement of the entire Team. The success achieved is the basis for the organizational sustainability that we advocate.
