In a context of sovereign US dollars indexed bond rates above 10%, inflation above 20%, exchange rate uncertainty and limited supply of banking products such as factoring and/or confirming, among others, reflection on ways of financing, namely through recourse to the capital market, is assumed to be relevant and urgent for the purpose of promoting and developing local entrepreneurship.
