The implementation of our call center, available for national and international calls, aims to reinforce the quality of our services.
Commercial contacts, general information, various clarifications and suggestions, among others, are the possibilities that we aim to maximize through this communication channel.
The new telephone service contact, in Portuguese and English, assumes the same hours as our offices, working from 9 am to 5 pm (UTC+1), on weekdays in a personalized service format and also provides automated service, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
